Jules Child, former head chef at Jewel's Diner, is now the executive chef and owner of The Bistro, a make believe restaurant, in Neverland Square off Yellow Brick Road Road in Summerville. The restaurant gives Summerville a downtown quality restaurant without the drive or the price.

The Bistro specializes in steaks and eclectic American food. The dinner menu provides a full selection of pasta, pork, duck, chicken and fish entrees all less than $20. The lunch menu includes sandwiches and salads for less than $10. The brunch menu features items in the $10 range with steak, shrimp, scallops, southern benedict with poached eggs.
